Information for Participants

Important dates and session information

An abstract (maximum 200 words) of the participant’s paper should be sent to no later than June 30. This is a shorter abstract than the one sent previously as a proposal, and should concentrate on the important findings of the paper. These abstracts will be linked to the Congress program with session presentations.

The deadline for the submission of full papers is July 25. Papers should be sent to and at the same time to the discussant of the session. Full papers will be available on the Congress web site a couple of weeks before the Congress. The full paper should not exceed 3,500-4,000 words (15-17 pages)

Each session is 90 minutes long and will contain 3-4 papers. Each speaker will be given 12-14 minutes for presentation. The discussant/discussants will be given a total of 15 minutes for comments, which will leave 20 minutes for a general discussion. PCs will be available; just take an USB memory stick with you for your presentation.

As a paper presenter, remember that the time is limited. Concentrate on the most important findings, give some examples and, if it is of a general interest, comment on your methods.
